Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sale periods and around major holidays this can take a little longer.
Delivery times
Many items in our range ship from our suppliers' overseas warehouses, so delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. Typical timeframes after dispatch:
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–25 business days
- Rest of world: 12–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal delays, customs checks and weather can add time.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Multiple parcels
If you order several items they may be sent separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Delayed or missing orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate.
